Very loose-fitting, pullover, bias dress, six inches below mid-knee or slightly below ankle length with front and back gathered into bias neckline binding extending into tie ends, has center front neckline slit, pockets in side seams and narrow hem. Full-length raglan sleeves are gathered into buttoned cuffs. Topstithcing. May be worn with purchased belt forming blouson at waistline.
