Vogue's Basic Design 2103; ©1988; Misses'/Misses' Petite Dress. Dress, above mid-knee or below mid-calf, has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, loose-fitting blouson bodice, partially elastic (seamed) waist, tapered or flared skirt, concealed button closing and above elbow sleeves with stitched hems or long sleeves with button pleat. A, B, C: pocket with button trim. A, C: contrast detachable dickey. C, D, E: self or contrast collar. Purchased belt.
