Vogue American Designer 2220; ca. 1979; Edith Head - Misses' Jacket or Vest, Skirt and Blouse and Tie. Semi-fitted, lined Jacket or Vest, slightly above-hip length, has shoulder pads in jacket, standing collar. princess seaming with front pockets and optional front opening at waist for purchased belt and center front opening (no buttons). Jacket has full length two-piece sleeves. Topstitch trim.  Slim, straight skirt, five inches below mid-knee, is darted into waistband, has pockets in side seams and center front inverted box hemline pleat. Loose-fitting blouse has shaped collar on band is gathered into neckline. Full length sleeves have inverted box pleat and buttoned cuffs. Edgestitch trim. Self neck tie.
