Vogue American Designer 2248; 1979; Bill Blass - Misses' Jacket, Skirt, Blouse and Tie. Loose-fitting, unlined, above-hip length jacket has notched collar, back gathered into one-piece lined yoke with slightly forward shoulders seams, shoulder pads, patch pockets and full length sleeves. Slim, straight skirt, three inches below mid-knee length and gathered into narrow waistband, has pockets in sides seams, side pocket zipper closing and center front and center back hemline slits. Loose-fitting blouse has winged collar on band (cut-in-one), center back box-pleated into one-piece yoke with forward shoulder seams and narrow attached neckline. Full length sleeves with placket and buttoned cuffs. Jacket, skirt and blouse have narrow hems and topstitching and edgestitching.
