Vogue American Designer 2296; ca. 1979; Don Sayres - Misses' Dress and Belt. Dress with loose-fitting blouson bodice and straight skirt, 4 inches below mid-knee or ankle length and gathered into waistline seam, has front button and bias loop closure, pockets in side seams and centre front hemline slit. Full length dolman sleeves narrowing at wrist have button and bias loop closure at lower edge. Self belt has self-covered buckle.
