Vogue American Designer 2300; ca. 1979 or 1980; Don Sayres - Misses' Jacket, Skirt, Blouse and Tie. Semi-fitted, lined, below-waist jacket has rounded notched collar, shoulder pads, bias buttonhole pockets and side front and side back seams (no side seams). Full length two-piece sleeves have mock vent with button trim. Slim, straight skirt, five inches below mid-knee length, is gathered into side buttoned waistband, has side pocket opening, pockets in side seams and right side hemline slit. Loose-fitting blouse, gathered into one-piece yoke with forward shoulder seams, has rounded collar on buttoned band, front tucks that also form front buttoned mock band closing, self necktie and shirttail hemline. Full length sleeves have buttoned cuffs. Topstitching and edgestitching.
