Vogue Paris Original 2305; ca. 1980; Pierre Balmain - Misses' Dress and Sash. Semi-fitted, lined dress with front-lapped bodice and straight skirt, mid calf or floor length, has bias neckline band, skirt with center front zipper closing and no side seams, draped front overskirt gathered into waistline with shaped hemline, narrow hem, topstitching and deep center front hemline slit. Full length, unlined sleeves narrow at wrist and have zipper at lower edge. Wide single layer sash has very narrow hem finished by hand or by machine. Wrong side of fabric will show on overskirt.
