Pullover dress with loose-fitting bodice and flared skirt, above-knee or ankle length, has elasticized neckline forming self ruffle (may be worn off shoulders with optional tied shoulder straps) and elasticized waistline. View B has hemline ruffle with narrow hem and topstitching. Purchased ribbon belt and pregathered lace trim. Delightful summer and party dress.
