Vogue American Designer 2361; ca. 1980; Albert Nipon - Misses' Top and Skirt. Loose-fitting, above hip-length top has front and back tucks released at waistline, front gathered into 1-piece yoke with forward shoulder seams, front button and bias loop closing. Short or full length sleeves with button and bias loop closing are gathered at cap. Narrow hem and topstitching. Slim, straight skirt, four inches below mid-knee length, gathered into waistband, has side zipper closing and pockets in side seams. Topstitch trim. Top and skirt have edgestitch trim. Purchased belt.
