Vogue's Basic Design 2361; ©1989;  Misses'/Misses' Petite Dress. Dress, below mid-knee or evening length, has neckline variations or bias collar, shoulder pads, loose-fitting, shaped dropped waist, underlined bodice, back zipper and long sleeves. A,B: lined, straight skirt. B: fish-tail back. C,D,E: lined, tapered skirt and front pleated overlay.
