Vogue's Basic Design 2362; ©1989;  Misses' Two-Piece Dress.  Very loose-fitting top has self or contrast collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, yoke with forward shoulder seams, mock front bands and above elbow sleeves with stitched hems or long sleeves with self or contrast button cuffs. Narrow hem. A,B: pockets with button trim. C,D,E: front tucks. Skirt, below mid-calf or above ankle, has waistband and side or back zipper. A,E: flared. B,C,D: front and back pleats. Purchased belt, flower and ribbon tie.
