Vogue American Designer 2367; ca. 1980; Bill Kaiserman - Misses' Jacket and Dress. Semi-fitted, lined, below wsist length jacket has shoulder pads, side front and side back seams (no side seams), shaped hem and full length two-piece sleeves. Purchased chain link closure. Straight dress, four inches below mid-knee length, semi-fitted through bustline, has shoulder pads, standing collar, upper left front forming outside tuck, center back zipper closing and hemline slit. Full length sleeves, tucked at shoulder, have shaped slit at lower edge wit button and loop closing.
