Vogue American Designer 2368; ca. 1980; Oscar de La Renta - Misses' Jacket, Skirt and Blouse. Semi-fitted, lined, above-hip length, double breasted jacket has shoulder pads, notched collar with self or contrast collar, side front and side back seams (no side seams), back belt and shaped front hemline. Full length two-piece sleeves have mock vent with button trim. View A has contrast self-made piping. Slim, straight skirt, four inches (10cm) below mid-knee length, front pleated, front and back gathered into waistband and center back zipper closing. Narrow hem, topstitching and edgestitching. Loose-fitting blouse has shoulder puffs, front concealed button closing, slightly forward shoulder seams, single layer crushed collar with extending tie-ends (narrow hem finished by hand or machine) and front tucks released above waistline. Full length sleeves pleated at cap have buttoned pleat at lower edge.
