Vogue 2429

Vogue Paris Original 2429; ca. 1980; Givenchy - Misses' Jacket and Skirt. Very loose-fitting, lined, above-hip length jacket has shoulder pads, rounded notched collar, front-buttoned closing, front and back flange forming broad shoulder effect, side front and side back seams (no side seams) and back belt attached at side front forming hemline pleat. Two-piece wrist length sleeves. Topstitch trim. Purchased top. Slim, straight skirt, three inches below mid-knee length has front and back gathered into waistband, pockets in side front seams (no side seams) and side front pocket zipper closing.
