Vogue's Basic Design 2444; ©1990;  Misses'/Misses' Petite Dress.  Loose-fitting, straight dress (fitted through hips), below mid-knee, has self or contrast collar variations, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, flounce variations, back zipper and short or long sleeves. A, B and C: narrow hem. A and D: purchased trim. B and D: contrast cuffs. D and E: front pleated flounces. E: purchased flower and bow.
