Vogue American Designer 2551; ca. early 1980s; Joseph Picone - Misses' Jacket, Skirt & Blouse. Semi-fitted, lined jacket has shoulder pads, side panels (no side seams) and two-piece sleeves. Purchased foldover braid trim. Pleated skirt has side zipper. Semi-fitted blouse has bias collar, front concealed button closing, front tucks, back pleat, forward shoulder seams and sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs. Contrast bow tie.
