Vogue Basic Design 2600; ca. 1971; Miss Petite and Misses' Dress, Top and Pants. High waisted dress, two inches below knee or evening length or tunic top has princess seaming. A-line skirt with front released pleats. U-neckline or bias standing collar. Sleeveless, short or full length sleeves. With or without ribbon trim. Purchased belt.
