Semi-fitted, slightly A-line dress, two inches below knee, has jewel neckline, buttoned set-in pockets, center front and back inverted pleats and short or full length sleeves with buttoned cuff. Neck and front band are cut-in-one with lower front skirt. Topstitch trim. Contrast or purchased tie belt, worn through front slits, holds in fulness at waistline.
