Loose-fitting pantskirt, mini, two inches below knee or evening length, has front button and loop closing, round neckline with self bias banding and tie, one piece yoke, (no shoulder seams) wrist length sleeves, padded extended shoulders and soft side front pleats stitched and released at hips. Self belt.
