Vogue American Designer 2684; ca. 1982; Adele Simpson - Misses' Dress. Dress has loose fitting bodice, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, buttoned waistband, pleated front skirt, side front slanted pockets and edge stitching. NOTE: Two construction methods given for synthetic leather and suede and regular fabrics.
Suggested fabrics: Soft or Crisp fabrics; Synthetic Suede, Synthetic Leather, Gabardine, Flannel, Challis, Raw Silk and Silk Broadcloth.
Additional notions required: Nine 20mm buttons, 6mm thick covered shoulder pads, seam binding, hooks and eyes and 8.70m of 20mm fusible webbing (optional( for Synthetic Leather & Synthetic Suede.
