Semi-fitted pullover top for stretch knits only, bias neck binding, detachable contrast collar and cuffs, back zip, short or full length sleeves. B: contrast bow. C: lace collar and cuffs.. Flare skirt, mid calf or evening length has front and back gathered into waistband and back zip closing. Narrow hem and topstitching. Purchased belt.

Use stretchable knits for top, soft or crisp fabrics, lightweight broadcloth, taffeta, linen,satin etc for skirt, and dot swiss, lawn, organza for contrast A and B. Lace for contrast C..
