Vogue's Basic Design 2918; ca. early 1980s; Misses' Dress, Tunic, Skirt, Belt and Scarf. Very loose-fitting, pullover, A-line tunic or dress, 3" below mid-knee or evening length, has front and back tucked into bias binding, back neckline slit, side pockets and short or full length sleeves pleated at cap.. A, B and D: sleeves have slit with button and loop closing. Shaped self-tie belt and scarf. Narrow hem and topstitching. Straight skirt, 3" below mid-knee, has elasticized waistline.
