Dress in below knee or evening length has elasticized waistline; draped bias halter bodice opened to waistline and gathered at waist, lined straight skirt with front wrap pleat has off center front slit and hook and eye closing. Bias draped cummerbund has hook and eye closing. Purchased belt.
