Vogue's Basic Dress 3004; ca. late 1950s and/or early 1960s; Basic Dress- Narrow or flared, six gore skirt, joins the two styles of bodices at the waist-line. Buttoned front bodice has a high round neck-line with or without convertible collar. Fitted bodice with oval front neck-line has optional deep V neck-line in back. Sleeveless or long set-in sleeves with cut-off line for shorter lengths. Novelty belt.
