Vogue 6169; ca. 1940s; ONE-PIECE DRESS. Two-tier peplum follows a diagonal line. Skirt joins bodice at a dropped waist-line. Dart tucks on shoulders release bust fullness. High collarless neck-line. Long fitted sleeves and three-quarter-length with circular flared cuff.
