Vogue 6189; ca. 1964; One Piece Dress or Jumper and Blouse. Semi-fit dress or jumper with jewel or shallow neckline, has pleats released below waist at side fronts. Short sleeved or sleeveless with pockets and attached belt. Optional top stitch trim. Blouse has bias roll collar, long sleeves are gathered into cuffs with pleat openings.
