Vogue 6490; 1960s; One Piece or Two Piece Swim Suit and Coverup. Versions A and B swim suits have bias binding at neckline, armhole and on sarong skirt. Attached bow or narrow belt. Short pullover cover-up, with bias binding and bow-tie extension at neckline, has large flower applique and bias trim at hemline. Above-ankle length, sleeveless version has bias banding at slashed front and hemline plus bias binding at neckline. All trimmings are of contrasting fabric.
