Vogue 6969; ca. early to mid 1930s; An unusually large number of tucks are used on this tuck-in blouse and every one of them contributes to its chic.  Horizontal tucks in clusters across the front and back release into a soft frill at the buttoned closing.  Tucks fit the full sleeves to the arms just above the elbow and they radiate from the collar’s neckline.
