Vogue 6975; 1930s; One-piece frock. It's a one-piece that can look like a two-piece when the small peplum is used. Peplum repeats the pleat motif of the jabot. Sleeves may be short with an inverted pleat at top, or longer and full, tucked at top and just-below-elbow. The skirt is straight.
