Vogue 7378; 1930s; Misses' one-piece dress. Instep length or shorter for formal or informal wear. Blouse fulness concentrated in shirring at neck; shirred fulness forms a high puffed top on the long or short sectional sleeves. Short, slashed opening at blouse back for short version; deep opening for long version. Two-piece bias skirt joins blouse under a shaped girdle.
