Vogue 7388; ca. 1937; One-Piece Frock and Bolero Jacket "Easy-To-Make". Machine or hand-stitched bands form halter neck and suspenders at back. Skirt of backless frock has two front and back panels and joins blouse under tied belt drawn through carriers. Belt and short-sleeved bolero may also use stitching trim.
