Vogue 7416; ca. 1937; Two-Piece Frock "Easy-To-Make". Short fitted blouse has small shaped collar, high buttoned closing, flap patch pockets, and long or short full top sleeves. Two-piece skirt has inverted pleat at each side seam and is finished on narrow fabric belt.
