Vogue 7421; ca. 1968; Dress in Two Lengths. Contrast or self bodice with inset neckband is attached to gathered skirt above waistline. Full length sleeves gathered into cuffs, or short sleeves. Pocket in side seams. Versions A and B have self tie sash. Version C has attached bias band.
