Misses Dress and Belt

Very loose-fitting pullover dress with blouson bodice and slightly flared skirt, five inches below mid-knee or evening length. Has buttoned standing extended collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, yoke with forward shoulder seams and front bodice tucks. Also has elasticized waistline, pockets in side seams, narrow hem and short sleeves or full length sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Topstitching and edge stitching. Self tie or purchased belt.
