Very Easy Vogue 7478; ca. 1979; Misses' Dress and Belt. Loose-fitting, front wrapped dress, lower mid-calf or ankle length at center back, has neckline ruffle cut-in-one with bodice front, pockets in side seams, skirt front ruffle extending to tulip hemline and narrow hem. Full length dolman sleeves have narrow buttoned cuffs. Topstitching. Self tie belt. NOTE: wrong side of fabric will show on ruffles.
