Very Easy Vogue 7541;  ca. 1980; Misses' Dress and Belt. Loose-fitting dress with blouson bodice and straight front-wrapped skirt, five inches below mid-knee length at center back, has bias bodice front with cowl neckline, back zipper closing and bodice pleated and skirt gathered into waistline seam.  Dress also has pockets in side seams, tulip hemline and self-tie belt.  Back extends to front and is cut-in-one with short sleeves or full length sleeves with buttoned cuffs.
