Vogue 7949; ca. 1970; Misses' Tunic or Dress and Pants. Loose-fitting, A-line tunic or dress in two lengths has scoop neckline and full, full length sleeves gathered into band with attached ruffle and snap closing. With or without bias self ruffle at neckline or hem and purchased trim. Self sash belt. Slightly flared pants are darted into waistline with foldover facing.
