Vogue 7961 pattern top skirt easy

Very Easy Very Vogue 7961; ca. 1971; Two-piece dress with fitted top has V-neckline, peplum, front button and loop closing and full length sleeves with gathered cap and lace ruffle. Self tie belt. Fit and flare midi skirt is darted into waistband.

Featured in Vogue Pattern Fashion news February 1971, and in Vogue International Pattern Book February/March 1971
