Vogue 7984 b

Vogue 7984; ca. late 1930s;   Two-Piece Frock.  Collarless fitted jacket blouse has flaps simulating pockets, long or short sleeves.  Short belt is applied across the centre-back, joined in the darts.  Flared two-piece bias skirt has pin tucks radiating from waist to hem, and is finished on a belt.
