Vogue 7991; ca. 1938; One Piece Frock, "Easy to Make." Blouse is slashed and gathered at each side of square neckline, which is slightly built up across the back. Front buttons from neck to waistline. Long or short sleeves. Skirt is seamed at center front, darted at back and sides, and joined to blouse under a tied belt. Entire frock is made on cross of material.
