Vogue 8000; ca. late 1930s; House or Beach Coat and Sunbonnet "Easy-To-Make". Princesse house or beach coat may be instep length or shorter. One-piece from shoulder to hem. Back panel gives flare at hem. May have buttoned or slide fastener closing at front. Tailored collar, breast pocket, and optional tie belt. Long or short sleeves. Sun-bonnet has shaped brim, open crown and fastens with tie under chin. View A is designed for all sizes, View B for sizes 14 to 20, View C for sizes 6 to 12 and View D for sizes 14 to 20.
