Vogue 8017; ©1953; Negligee or housecoat. Shaped midriff joins the gathered skirt to the bodice. Gathers above midriff release bust fullness. Low V-neck-line. Full, three-quarter length sleeves gathered at armholes, finished on elastic at lower edge; also straight sleeves. Slide fastener closing at centre-front or button and loop closing for midriff.
