Vogue 8247; ca. late 1930s; One-Piece Frock "Easy-To-Make". Two styles of blouse fronts included. Frock with low shaped neck-line and fullness below shallow front shoulder yokes and above skirt, has tiny puff sleeve, matching belt and regulation or instep length skirt. Long-sleeved regulation length frock has shaped revers at neck, fullness above front skirt, and wide buttoned-at-front girdle with applied band at top and bottom. The circular four-piece skirt joins the blouse in a shallow pointed line at front and at the regulation waist-line across back. Long sleeves may be worn pushed-up below-elbow.
