Vogue 8254; 1930s; Blouse and Slacks "Easy to Make": The tuck-in shirt blouse is gathered to the shoulder yoke and may have high neck and tied collar band or convertible collar and buttons from neck to waist-line. Very full long bishop sleeves or short sleeves. The slacks may be long or short, are pleated at back and front below the wide waist belt which buttons at each side above pockets inserted in side seams. The wide draped bias girdle is optional.
