Vogue 8299; ©1955; PETTICOAT. Deep circular flounce joins a two piece upper section which is finished at waist-line with casing for elastic. Three rows of gathered net ruffles joined to inside of flounce, optional. Reissued in 1957 as Vogue 9307.
