Vogue 8346; ca. 1939; One-Piece Frock. Frock has shaped front blouse panels with gathers in the side-front sections releasing soft bust fullness. Button closing below the collarless built-up neck-line. Long or short darted-top sleeves. Hip pockets are formed by the cut-away top front sections of the four-piece flared skirt which joins blouse under novelty belt.
