Vogue 8459; ca. 1982; Misses & Miss Petite Jacket, Skirt & Blouse: Semi-fitted, lined, above hip length jacket has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, side panels (no side seams) and full length 2 piece sleeves with button trim. Semi-fitted blouse has collar on band, tucked mock front band and full length sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Both have edgestitching and topstitching. Straight skirt below mid-knee has waistband, side front pockets (no side seams) and back zipper. Edgestitching. Purchased tie.
