Vogue 8578; ca. early to mid 1980s; Misses' Blouse. Very loose-fitting blouse with or without funnel collar has front and back pleated into self-lined yokes and below elbow or full length sleeves with buttoned cuffs shown rolled up (wrong side of fabric will show).
