Vogue 8621; ca. 1983; Misses' Jacket, Skirt and Blouse. Loose-fitting, lined, hip jacket has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, contrast notched collar and lapels, side panels (no side seams), side front pockets and full length sleeves. Straight skirt 2" below mid-knee, has buttoned waistband, side pockets and concealed buttoned fly closing. Loose-fitting, wrap blouse has cap sleeves. Purchased belt.
