1 piece dress. Center front bodice is cut in one with the flared skirt that joins the bodice at sides and across the back. Released darts at side fronts and side backs of skirt and an inverted pleat at center back. Wide neckline, shaped collar. Buttoned front closing, notched detail. 3/4 push up sleeves and sleeveless.
